East Side Motel & Cabins

The room had a homey feel: plant decor, a basket that held towels, full-sized fridge, etc. The manager, Dave, was accommodating when I had an issue with Expedia, Overall, it was a nice stay.

This was my first visit to South Dakota and a friend recommended Dave’s Eastside. I was not disappointed. Our rental was clean and cozy. Everything we needed was available. Dave and Cindy were friendly and helpful. We can’t wait for our next visit to South Dakota; as we will definitely be staying here again.

The motel rooms in the traditional main unit (not cabins) have been recently renovated, smart, comfortable and with all amenities. The bedding, bath and sofa were great! The staff was friendly and helpful for us to get to know Mobridge during our half day stay.

We were welcomed and cared for and got a good night's sleep in this unpretentious hotel. Clean and complete, you can tell that a lot of thought and interest went into making the room perfect for guests.

David is a friendly guy who just doesn’t check you in. He wants to make sure that you have everything you need. We got the 2 queen room that has a kitchen with table and chairs, stove ms refrigerator. The bedroom with the 2 queen beds were in a different room The place is fabulous. Clean easy to get to. Priced right. Food is within walking distance.

Dave is a genuine person! Right out of the gate he engaged me and made me feel welcome. A true people person! It's not too often that you meet the owner of his own hotel and strike up a conversation. Stay was great and hope to come back soon. Thanks!
