The food was amazing from the dinner to breakfast. Rooms were large & our bath had its own onsen tub. Make sure you inquire & make a reservation for the shuttle from Sapporo station to the Ryokan because it is a very far distance into the countryside.

エントランスから廊下、大浴場まで全て畳敷きのところがリラックスできて好きです。通路など良い香りがするところも良いです。 夕食も見た目も良くおいしくいただきました。

85歳の母と一緒にお世話になりました。 とても喜んで、又、来たいと何度も何度も言ってました。 お部屋、お料理、お風呂全てに満足でしたが、 特にスタッフの方皆様の接客が素晴らしかったです。 ありがとうございました。

"房間 view 不錯，溫泉不錯但除此之外沒什麼特別"

入住和退房都要自己搬行李非常不方便 晚餐時間在入住前二天才告知，只能選5:30和7:30，時間很不好 溫泉和房間都很不錯，除了入住之外沒有任何服務，餐點也只是普通，性價比不高

private 탕 4곳과, 훌륭한 대욕장, 방마다 준비된 개인탕까지 온천 신나게 하고갑니다 다만 식사는 저녁도, 아침도 둘다 맛과 구성이 아쉬웠어요 차라리 가이세키가 아니고 그냥 사시미 조금과 샤브샤브에 집중하는게 더 좋지 않을까 싶었어요
