"良い忘年会"

フロントで、 スプーンが欲しいとお願いしたら、すぐに用意してくださいました。また、次の日にもちゃんと確認をしてくださり、スタッフ間の申し送りもしっかりしていると認識しました。 チェックイン時に、家族に杖を使う方がいらっしゃるならと食事の席を動きやすい場所にしてくださいました。 道案内もお願いしたのですが、とても分かりやすくて暗かったのですが、迷いませんでした。 また、加湿器と将棋盤をお借りしたのですが、本当に丁寧に対応してくださいました。おかげで、将棋を楽しめたり、加湿器のおかげで、乾燥も防げました。 お料理も夕飯、朝食どちらもおいしくいただけました。

お風呂までの階段、スロープがもう少し短いといいなあと感じました。 杖を使っている義母が少しだけ大変そうでした。
