The properties themselves were nice

We arrived after 5.30 and the reception was closed. A key was put in a locker and for this they tried to charge €60 The park is poorly lit and you can’t see the numbers on the doors it took us over an hour to find where we were staying. When we finally arrived one room had a leak from the room. We called the emergency number and someone came out and fixed it. But unable to use the room as the beds were soaking. We had a lie in the next day and went to reception at 2pm to find it closed, we needed towels and were given them by the kind man that fixed the leak he said we wouldn’t be charged due to the leak. On leaving I had a very very rude email from reception asking why I left food in the property. Pasta tins and dry food were all in one cupboard on arrival I explained this and also said about the leak and why I wasn’t happy and would like some sort of compensation. Again another extremely rude email from reception. They agreed to wave the towel fee, how nice of them. I would never return. No one at reception on a Sunday either. Staff need some customer service training. Would avoid.

Nice houses

 It is very difficult to reach the property in advance via phone. I have to wait in the line for a long, long time I recommend texting them via the booking app.

Excellent location, almost home from home, lovely bike rides, wonderful town of eukhuisen and relatively quiet.

Air conditioning needs to be improved. maybe fly nets as we had 1000s of mosquitoes!!
