Within walking or biking of everything! The bikes were priceless for our teens. The owners let us borrow wet suits and boards which we found to be generous and warm. PS loved walking across street for morning coffee!

Was loud and bright. Will bring eye mask for return trip.

the location is great. easy access and love coffee coffee next door.

I would have liked more consistent daily refresh including the bed. would have loved wall hooks for wet towels and swim suits. coffee tokens for length of stay would have been a bonus vs. just 1 day.

Amazing bed and sleep

The location was perfect for us - steps to waves, food and coffee.

The nearby train is a bit loud but didn’t bother us.

Great big room with super comfy bed and a definite step up with incredible location- walk to beach and also to some of my favorite places to eat - Coffee Coffee and Nectarine Grove coffee, juices and food - the owner is on site or there in a flash if you need anything and super nice. Highly recommend this place!!

Very easy check in. Lovely and comfortable room. Amazing location.

Not enough water pressure in the shower. Our tv didn’t work and I was too tired to call the staff who are offsite and wait for them to come help.
