Parking was available

Everything thing else, was beyond poor. I called ahead to make sure it wouldn't be a problem if I arrived early , I would be accommodated with an available room, and I asked if she was sure and was told yes twice, upon arrival I was recognized as the person who she recently got off the phone with and she stated she ddnt understand what I was saying as she extorted me for an early check-in fee, funny how she understood "is there a room available for me when i arrive although i booked online" the room was available, but it was not clean
