The bed was good I slept good I like how they had a working fridge in the room

Restroom wasn’t that good. No water pressure at all Hot water on the sink

Bed was huge and comfortable, near good stores

I appreciated that the staff really does their best to keep the hotel clean and to fix issues promptly. I also liked that there’s no carpet here, unlike in many other hotels. In the morning, when I mentioned at the reception that we had been given the wrong room, they quickly found a replacement for us.

Checking in at night was a hassle: we had to call the tired manager multiple times and wait until she realized she was on duty. Despite booking a room with a king-size bed, we were given one with twin beds and an extra bed we didn’t need. On top of that, there was no cold water in the shower, which made washing up before bed very uncomfortable. In the new room we were moved to, there were small cockroaches, and we had to kill them to keep them out of our belongings. the rooms have old and worn-out furniture and bath... Unfortunately, I didn't have the desire to take photos, but they definitely don't match what's displayed in the hotel's portfolio.
