Great experience with delicious food, wonderful view and nice town in mountain. We highly recommend this ryokan!

Don’t use swimming pool and toilet in basement floor. It was poorly maintained and toilet was full of spider webs, like silent hill:)

Very attentive staff, wonderful lobby with free refreshments.

While some parts are nicely renovated, our room and the onsen have not been renovated (yet?) and were quite dated and well-used.

Tout était super et j’ai découvert avec plaisir des sièges de massage et des masseurs de pieds gratuits. En plus du Onsen de plein air (avec vu sur la cascade illuminée jusqu’a 21h au moins), il existe également au moins une cuve d’extérieur dans l’un des bains du dernier étage; la vue de jour, surtout en automne y est super. Le jardin intérieur est également magnifique

"Great relaxing stay."

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, wide variety and fresh baked bread. The dinner was great with a wide variety local foods to try. The suite we had was great with a hot tub on the balcony and view of the mountain, garden and stream below. The public baths were great. The town is easily walkable, enjoyable, scenic, and everyone was nice.
