Room was very spacious

Single bed was very uncomfortable

They have spacious area and rooms. They have fridge and other really essential things.

Some kitchen appliances are not working. I hope they provide more Electric fan for the summer for the rooms coz it’s really hot. With cleanliness, they could do better.

The kitchen floor was not cleaned. It was quite hot, and when we requested a fan, the request was denied. The only fan provided in one of the rooms was in poor condition it was making noise, not rotating properly, and the head was tilted downward, so the air was ineffective.

The floors were not clean because our feet got dirty fast, and the dishes had not been clean properly.

The property is very clean and comfy. Location is handy too.

You must checked in by 6pm. If you are travelling and want to make it a home for a day, think twice about it. We were obliged to shorten our trip to Cathedral cave just because of the check in time. I called them and they told me that the last check in time will be at 7 pm the latest. We were travelling from Tauranga and had a plan to enjoy few hours in Cathedral Cove but because of the time limit, barely spent an hour. We also spent $180 for a water taxi to get there on time. We love traveling and there were many occasions where facilities would organise late check in. They would drop a key off somewhere so that you could just enter the property. I was hoping something similar.

We enjoyed our stay was very convenient for our little family. And the family loved the pool.

The facilities of the motel the bathroom got flooded on the first night we stayed and we had to use our towels to make a barrier to stop it from flowing into the kitchen.

Position was good for getting everywhere we wanted to go
