Wow. Where do I even begin? Mid Continent Inn truly redefined the meaning of hospitality — if by hospitality you mean being treated like a burden for daring to check in. The staff? A masterclass in rudeness. I’m not sure if the front desk guy was having the worst day of his life, or if that’s just his personality, but he greeted me with all the warmth of a DMV line. Not a smile, not a hello — just a glare that screamed, “Why are you here?” I’m so sorry for expecting basic human decency with my room key! And the cleanliness? Oh, let me tell you — if you’re a fan of dust, mystery stains, and the thrill of wondering what exactly you’re stepping on barefoot, then congratulations! You’ve hit the jackpot. The room was so filthy I started questioning my life choices. I’ve seen gas station bathrooms with more sparkle. They say you get what you pay for… but I wouldn’t stay here again even if THEY paid ME. Truly the worst hotel experience of my entire life. I’ve had nightmares that were cleaner, friendlier, and more relaxing. Mid Continent Inn? More like Mid Catastrophe Inn. 10/10 would not recommend.
