"Would stay again. Cozy little room but needed a little more housekeeping to it."

Price, cozy

Room looked cleaned but after looking at it more closely, there was dirty clothes left in a drawer and a small amount of hair near the sink.

The front desk guy was not friendly. Made me pay cash for my dog. There is nothing online stating that extra charge. The phone didn't work. Nothing to help you even as simple as a bottle opener to open my grandsons pop. The room was subpar at best.

"Best value in the area without compromising the cleanliness and safety. No drugheads staying here."

I needed to work in Waskom TX so this is the closest spot. It has no drug heads or prostitutes considering it is a value property. It is clean and you will feel safe. Don't expect luxury but it does the job and best price anywhere near Shreveport without the issues of other motels.

Not much to say. For the price it was fine and there were no issues.
