to be honest, the bed we slept on was so comfortable. we traveled here for rolling loud, and its either that bed was godsent or I was exhausted from the festival. regardless I enjoyed the ac and bed.

I didn't like the stains on the wall, the roach we saw, the small flies that were so annoying, couldn't leave my chocolate bar out bc I woke up to bugs eating it....It was just gross but luckily we just needed a place to sleep safely for 2 nights so it worked.

It was clean and easy to checking lots of parking was quiet no issue will stay against

Absolutely nothing! This place is disgusting needs to be closed down. The rooms look nothing like these photos. These photos are definitely from another hotel because it’s absolutely a scam!

The roaches climbing on the beds and the ceilings and all over the floors. This place is so dirty. The walls are disgusting have stains from 20 years ago.

Everything!! The front staff was rude, booked a king bed and was given a double bed with a promise I would get the room I originally booked. Following day staff told us room isn’t available and to deal with the room we have. ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!! It was disgusting!! We told front desk about them & were told it was “impossible to have bugs” we have photos & videos. Room floor was STICKY as if it wasn’t cleaned, we had a red stain on the floor in one corner that looked like blood! Absolutely horrible stay we could not wait to wake up and leave back home ASAP!

The room had a jaccuzi.

The room was decent. The room non smoking but there was cigarette butt's in the jaccuzi drain. There was also long strains of hair in the jaccuzi. The fridge was leaking all over the floor.

The best WiFi that has ever been in U.S. hotels.

It was a decent size, had a microwave and mini fridge and had two nightstands, a lot of outlet's and a dinning table.

The Jacuzzi room, hot tub was weak and didn't feel like a hot rub, on booking.com the check in time was 2pm we got there at 3 pm and the room wasn't ready so we had to wait an hour and a half to get our room, there were shady people all in the hotel, the TV in the Jacuzzi room is mounted in a way that you can't see it good from the Jacuzzi, the Jacuzzi handle for the cold water was broken and the jets didn't work good at all, the staff don't believe in customer service and there were nats in the room the whole time and I killed a roach in the bathroom.
