食事処の男性スタッフの接客が良かった。

フロントの女性の方の対応がモヤモヤしました。 私も旅館で働いていたけど、 少々お待ち下さいやお待たせ致しました。の一言があるかないかで気持ちが違うなと思いました。

"ご家族で泊まるの最高です。"

卓球もフリーでできて、カラオケも共有スペースのところが先客がいない時に家族で使えたし、チェックアウトまでカラオケやって家族みんな喜んでいました。

床がギシギシ音がして、でこぼこしてて心配でした。
