Le petit déjeuner japonais pas habituel, très copieux mais des saveurs moins appréciées

夜は利き酒コーナーがあったりスタッフも感じが良かった。 少し硫黄の匂いがする温泉は滑らかでとても湯質が良いです。 部屋にはマッサージ機があって利用させてもらいました。 建物は古いけれど隅々まで清潔です。 とにかくお料理が美味しかった。

夕食時ベトナム人のスタッフが料理の説明をしたんですがよくわからなくて耳障りで気分が半減しました。

This Onsen Ryokan has been around for a long time. It was the place to go for onsen when I used to frequent this place long time ago, related to work in Yonezawa. It is around 15-20 minute drive to Onogawa Onsen. The food was superb back then, and I thought it was fantastic still. The facility was reasonably well maintained despite the age. They were doing a lot of renovation on their bath. Not many guests when we were there.

There is not much to do besides being at the onsen. However, the walk around the area is probably not so bad. The ryokan even provide overcoat and boots to do the walk. We didn't do it.

The staff were friendly and very kind to my baby, their hospitality made the stay even better, they even brought a bed and blanket for my daughter at dinner time since she was sleepy! And speaking of the food, it was plentiful and very well prepared. The onsen was wonderful and the room was clean.

A traditional building with hot spring water baths including traditional food and drink. Local parks / ski slope and baths, restaurants all with 5 minutes walk. Staff are very welcoming. Large and easily accessible car park. All modcons of modern society with air conditioning, tv, WiFi, and room service.

Very helpful and warm staff - they even cleaned the car from snow, very stylish traditional ryokan, very good wifi, large and comfy room and beds, amazing bath with high-quality water, one bath also with outside pool, and one family (private) bath. The meal was amazing, both sukiyaki and shabu-shabu style. I do recommend staying here when coming to Yonezawa area.
