the picture is not the same, it’s very dirty and unclean, the location is not by the side of the lake as the pictures, the rooms and toilets restaurant, all is very dirty

Size of the pods were adequate and the view was nice. Staff put on a bonfire in the evening which helped with the thousands of flies in the area ( not specific to the hotel)

Bathrooms could've been cleaner and one of the staff tried ripping us off charging 1.2million Rp for a Tour that costs 600/650. Hotel also had no bottled water too drink or Bintangs to drink in the evening.

The surrounding were beautiful

The igloos were dirty, one communal bathroom, we had no electricity, no WiFi and no hot water

The place is clean, comfortable, the staff is kind & helpful. Good place for family to go camping 😊😊😊

I have my sweater left, when I call and text not have a good attitude for give back cause I'm not around, thats why I call please if have a good manner, text me and give back my sweater

Tents/room were nice, nicely furnished and comfy. Great location with amazing view on the lake Friendly staff :-) Nice spot before a Mt Batur Sunrise hike

Bathroom facilities were not great, a bit dirty. The village around isn't great

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The igloos were very cozy and clean. They had a inner reflective ceiling which helped to keep them cool during the heat of the day. The camping grounds overlook the lake and mountains - Mount Agung and Mount Abang on one side, and Mount Batur can be seen in the other direction.

The zip on the tent door was a little temperamental, but it didn’t bother me too much.
