Budget Inn

Older property, but nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Just that it was so dated.

Small vintage motel- very clean with parking at your room door. Well kept, easy to find and comfortable. Traveling alone across country- I would not hesitate to stay again

The walls are kinda thin.

We chose to stay here for a tour at the nearby college the next day, so all we really needed was somewhere to sleep for the night. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was better than ours at home. The room also had a kitchenette, which would have been wonderful for a longer stay. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and the inn quickly responded to the email requesting our late arrival ( around 11pm) and accepted it without issue. For less than $75, it was a great deal for us. We will definitely stay again if we are back up that way.

The only thing that was an issue for us was the noise from the sweeper truck that was cleaning the lot across the street at 5:45am. The gasket around the door probably needs to be replaced in order to keep that excess noise out. Other than that, we had no issues.

The location was good, as was the parking. I felt safe and that my vehicle would be safe, plenty of lighting.the room was like a mini apartment! I was actually astonished at the kitchen inside! It was very clean, thank you! Some areas of the walls could use some touch up paint but other than that, I was well pleased and would happily stay there again.

The only issue I had was the heater. It worked, I just had to figure out how to set it so I wouldn't freeze. I had to take it off auto and bump the temperature significantly so it wouldn't get too cold in the room between cycles.

The location.

The room was dated and smelled like there had been animals in there. My boyfriend woke up with terrible allergies, most likely from pet dander.

Hotel was clean and well located. The staff/owners are nice and friendly.
