Comfortable and could actually sleep 7 people in one unit which is very difficult in this region

A little far from beach area, too much walking if you have kids

This was an amazing time spent with the family! The owner and staff were super caring and flexible but giving privacy and space. We arrived after midnight and depart a couple of hours later than regular check out and all was possible, staff were taking care of all with understanding. The villa looked even better in relality and was great value for money. We had special requirements as one of us was partially disabled, the owner provided a wheelchair even this is not easy to find. Whatever we needed and asked was diligently provided - this released the stress and made our stay really comfortable and relaxing. The staff even treated us with some fruits. Everybody were welcoming and nice. Beautiful place, marvelous gardens with flowers and fruits, private terrace. The beach side, designated for those who stay at villa Zeytin is very comfortable and clean. And is placed beside the restaurant. You can have food and drinks from there with discount. This is very thoughtful. Compared to other beach areas we found this one much better. The closest market was the best with beneficial prices. Huge thank you to villa Zeytin for our memorable vacation!

We stayed in the "Penthause", a two level cabin at the front. It was rustic and in need of some repairs but we enjoyed our stay. The photos probably make it look better than reality. The upstairs and downstairs balconies were nice to relax on. The location is a few hundred metres back from the beach and about one km from the main centre where most of the restaurants etc are. Free bicycles and washing machine were rustic too but quite useful.

Some night time noise from a dog nearby and some roosters. A mosque quite close but we didn't find it too obtrusive. ( The 4am prayer call woke us the first night but we slept through it the other two nights). A little overpriced compared to some others which seem nicer but who knows?

Everything was fantastic, we loved the place a lot and will definitely come back here again. ❤️😊🌞

It was the second time we stayed in Villa Zeytin and everything was perfect as usual. Very tranquil and comfortable accommodation. Close the the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended
