Riad El Jadide

Clean friendly environment. Staff were very helpful. Riad comfortably and authentically refurbished. A tranquil haven in a very busy area of old Marrakech.

The only negative I can say is transportation had trouble finding the location but the riad provides their own door to door transportation when available. The room we got was different from the photos but nicer imo, there is also an addition charge on arrival for a property visitor tax we were unaware of. Other than that I would truly stay again

Un Riad precioso, muy tranquilo y limpio

La ubicación, demasiado lejos para ir andando desde la plaza, es un paseo de media hora y a los taxis les cuesta encontrarlo. El desayuno no es muy variado y al dejar el hotel de madrugada por el horario del vuelo no nos dieron ni una bolsita de picnic con lo que perdimos el desayuno del último día.

Tout était parfait. La cuisine est excellente et le riad magnifique.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille à Marrakech pour Noël et surtout au riad El Jadide! Les premiers contacts se sont fait au tel avec Boris avec de très bons conseils et une grande confiance! Un accueil au top avec Saida très gentille et bienveillante. Elle nous a organisé toutes les excursions et tous les transferts ! Toujours disponible et souriante, toujours de bons conseils c'était très rassurant sans oublier Najib toujours au riad pour nous accueillir à n'importe quelle heure ! Tout le personnel est très gentil et agréable, toujours le sourire et d'une très grande gentillesse !! La cuisine est top , tajine, petit déjeuner ... les chambres sont très bien décorées, équipées et très propres ! Le riad est 🤩 magnifique !! On se sent en toute confiance et ça fait du bien de rentrer au calme après des journées bien intenses ! Le riad est bien situé au calme mais tout près du centre et ça se fait à pied très facilement ! On y reviendra sans hésiter Encore merci pour tout 🥰

The staff was super helpful and friendly, never felt more cared for at a hotel before, you were treated as family. The rooms was lovely and nice bathroom and breakfast was great !

The noise from the pool was quite loud, especially if you was on the ground floor, but it wasn’t too much problem for us, this isn’t the Riads fault but our first experience getting to the Riad was quite overwhelming with young boys following us and asking us if we needed help but just use the taxi company that the hotel provides and you’ll be fine !
