清潔で、共同ではあるがウォーターサーバーが設置されており美味しい水をいただけてありがたかったです。 チェックアウトは鍵を設置されているポストへ投函するのみでスムーズで、アメニティ関連も揃っており快適に過ごせました。

たまたま、私の使用した部屋のコンディショナーが、泡立ったので、恐らくシャンプーが間違って入ってしまっていました。

We stayed at this ryokan during our visit to Nagasaki and had a very pleasant experience. As we arrived later than the scheduled check-in time and were unable to reach the property by phone, we were initially concerned. However, the staff had kindly left the entrance accessible for us, prepared written instructions on the table, and even placed our luggage inside our room in advance. We sincerely appreciated this thoughtful and considerate arrangement. We selected a traditional Japanese-style room and were able to enjoy the atmosphere before departure. The property was clean, quiet, and offered an authentic ryokan experience. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality. 長崎滞在中にこちらの旅館を利用させていただき、大変心地よい滞在となりました。 チェックイン予定時刻に遅れて到着し、電話もつながらなかったため不安でしたが、入口を開けておいてくださり、テーブルには案内のメモ、さらに荷物も事前にお部屋へ運んでご準備いただいていました。細やかなご配慮に心より感謝いたします。 和室を選び、日本らしい雰囲気を出発前までゆっくり楽しむことができました。館内は清潔で静かで、非常に趣のある旅館でした。 温かいおもてなしをありがとうございました。

大人4人、子供3人で宿泊させていただきました。静かで広くて大変快適に過ごせました

駐車場がいっぱいで、すぐ近くのパーキングに止めることになりました
