El Riad Naya es precioso, cuenta con todas las comodidades posibles, cerca de todo, muy bien localizado, tiene piscina para refrescarte, muy buenos desayunos. Y la atención de Mustafa es la mejor. Recomiendo totalmente

We enjoyed our first stay at Riad Naya so much that we decided to return after our desert tour which brought us out of Marrakech for two nights. Once again, the host gave us a warm welcome upon our return and asked how how we enjoyed the desert. Despite welcoming another guest, he took the time to personally carry our luggage up to our room. As noted during our first stay, the cleanliness, location, staff and comfort were all great!

As noted during our first stay, the clothing storage could be slightly improved but this was a small issue.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. He answered every question we had and and gave us plenty of honest advice for dealing with traders in the Medina and also many other tips. The location was also excellent as it was in the market area of the Medina but still very easy to locate and the route was safe. Breakfast was delicious as it is served hot and fresh to you every morning. When we travelled to Merzouga for the desert tour, the host made sure that a takeaway breakfast was waiting for us. Cleanliness and comfort were also very good. The other members of staff were also extremely kind and welcoming! We would definitely stay again!

The storage facilities for clothing could be slightly improved. A wardrobe instead of a big locker might have been helpful but this was a very small issue which only slightly impacted us.

C'était notre première fois au Maroc et nous avons été ravies d'avoir été accueillies par Mustafa ! Le Riad est magnifique, très bien placé dans la médina et bénéficie de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Le personnel est adorable, nous avons bu du thé à ne plus s'en lasser ! Les chambres sont très belles avec une décoration propre à la culture marocaine . Il y'a une terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pu nous reposer, avec cette chaleur ça fait toujours plaisir! Nous avons eu pendant tout le séjour, des conseils pour profiter au mieux de la ville, des activités. Mustafa nous a beaucoup parlé de la culture du pays et de choses que nous ne savions pas donc merci à lui ! Le service était impeccable, nous recommandons vraiment ce Riad. Vous ne serez pas déçus , au contraire , vous ne voudrez plus vous en aller ! :)

Soggiorno impeccabile, posizione perfetta, struttura essenziale ma accogliente, tipica marocchina. Come immergersi in un oasi di pace e tranquillità essendo a due passi dal caos della Medina. La cura della dolcissima signora ci ha preparato ogni giorno la colazione, compreso il giorno della partenza. Moustafa, gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha aspettato a notte fonda (abbiamo avuto un ritardo del volo di 3 ore) e ogni giorno si è occupato di darci informazioni e prenotare per noi ogni cosa di cui avevamo bisogno . Ci ha consigliato benissimo su tutto . Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo a tutti .

I would definitely recommend this Riad for its owner, very welcoming and helpufull! We very leaving early on the last day and he made us to find a packed breakfast for the journey! Position is very central but in a quiet area, easy to reach from the outside of the Medina!

Riad molto bello, pulito e tenuto molto bene, lo staff è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile dal primo momento in cui siamo arrivati. Posizione ottima perché all’interno della Medina, ma non troppo lontano dai punti in cui i trasporti ti posso venire a prendere per eventuali escursioni. Colazione ottima.
