Very noisy, construction all day and night nearby

The owner did welcome us even late at night checking in, and even flexible enough to accept our requests for breakfast times so we can get to our excursions in time. The whole apartment is made sure cleaned and tidy up every day, bins emptied and beds made, and indoor pool cleaned. Staff are friendly, even offer transport from airport to hotel and back with a reasonable fee.

Slight addition for the indoor pool drain to have a protective cover in case a foot or something fell at the pool, it will be sucked in straight away if not being careful. Maybe heated as well as an option but not much really bothered by it.

The location in the Kasbah is perfect, not too busy but still close to Marrakech’ sites. The lovely square of Place des Ferblentiers is a pleasant 15 min walk. The house is spacious, clean en great for a group. Also great to be able to use the kitchen. And the private indoor swimming pool ofcourse! The contact with the host was also very quick and reliable. Will definitely stay here again!

It’s a private Riad so if you are in a group of 6-10 people it’s perfect. The rooms are comfortable and you can even use the kitchen if you need to. The pool is small and very cold but it’s nice for a warm day.

The breakfast could have more options, as it has only different breads. No fruits, no eggs, no cheese and no ham.
