A clean, tastefully restored property with most of the original decor intact. Tucked away at the end of an alley, close to the ocean but without direct views. A quiet respite from the racket and hustle of the medina. Complementary daily breakfasts that were varied, fresh and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and thoughtful without being intrusive, consistently professional and attentive. A working fireplace on the ground floor adds to the ambience of the rooftop terrace. Seagulls and nearby roosters, the adhan… Malaika is staffed through the night, and the doorbell is answered promptly. The riad recommends drivers that we found to be extremely reliable, safe and courteous. During our stay of several days, we booked a single evening meal at Malaika. It was our finest in Essouira, and we chose the most highly recommended. A very gifted team in the kitchen who clearly love their work.

Endroit très authentique Personnelle au petit soin Bien située dans la médina

Tolles Riad mit sehr nettem Personal und perfekter Lage im entspannteren Teil der Souks von Essaouira. Wir hatten die Suite, die auch sehr schön und Sauber war. Bei Begrüßung gab es Tee und viele Tipps für die Stadt.

Es gibt nicht wie angegeben eine Parkmöglichkeit, man muss auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz parken, was aber super geklappt hat. Das vielfach angepriesene Abendessen war ganz ok aber blieb aus unserer Sicht deutlich unter den Erwartungen und würden wir nicht empfehlen.

Absolument tout était incroyable!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce Riad cosy, propre, calme et bien équipé. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse, disponibilité, accueil et hospitalité. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour au cœur de la Médina. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour nos prochaines vacances sous le soleil d’Essaouira. À bientôt 👋

Riad tres agréable avec une terrasse bien aménagée. Belle décoration, petits déjeuners délicieux, personnel tres attentionné. Le restau est super et ça vaut le coup d'y diner au moins un soir.
