Ein Zivan Village Resort

The hotel has a lovely countryside atmosphere and a peaceful, quiet setting. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a nice variety. Guests also have free access to the pool, which is a great bonus.

Our first room had a connecting door to the neighboring room, and we could hear quite a lot of noise. The staff responded immediately and kindly changed our room, which we really appreciated — but it’s worth checking this detail when booking. The shower cabin is extremely small, and some water tends to leak onto the floor while showering. Also, keep in mind that on weekends restaurants and wineries in Ein Zivan are closed, so you may need to drive elsewhere for dining.

The location is perfect but other than that, nothing

First, the photos DO NOT reflect the actual rooms. The rooms are old, which is fine if you let ppl choose by showing the truth. There is also no isolation between the rooms and we could hear everything our neighbors were doing. Second, it was obvious that the room has not been cleaned properly in quite some time, including before our stay- which makes me concerned about the cleanliness in general. Photos to follow of the left over noodles all over the porch and the dark stains near the kitchen. We decided not to say anything as our daughter was tired, but the next day I asked reception to send someone and said exactly what needed to be cleaned. They apologized immediately and sent someone, but when we go to the room none of the things we asked for got cleaned. The photos below are from after the cleaning staff was there. We won’t come back to the hotel and won’t recommend but will definitely come back to Ein Zivan

Peaceful and relaxing

חדר קטן, מקלחת קטנה ולא ראויה לאירוח. בעת ההזמנה התרשמנו מהתמונות ומהצגת החדר, שילמנו 1,940 ש"ח והרגשנו מרומים ומאוכזבים מנראות החדר בפועל ביחס לאיך שהוא הוצג באתר האינטרנט. אין ספק שהשקעתם בצלם איכותי שהסתיר את גודלו של החדר ובמיוחד את גודל חדר המקלחת והשירותים.

קיבלנו חדר לא נקי, מקלחת קטנה שלא אפשרית בכלל.... בחדר לא היה מקום נוח להניח את המזוודה והארון ללא מדפים. ממש לא תואם את רמת המחיר ששילמנו. קירות דקים ברמה שניתן לשמוע שיחות בחדר הסמוך... לא נעים
