Very lovely staff. Good breakfast, both possible to eat it in a room or on the balcony. Close to the medina (10 min walk). Simple rooms, but very cute staircase and nice plants. Would for sure recommend!

The helper Youseef is nice but he left this property the next morning. No one can speak English except him.

booked 5 nights but stayed 14 hours because felt the ghost touched my back and legs when lying on the bed, did not sleep and moved to the living room and stayed awake all night. I booked another hotel and leave for this terrifying experience. But the property owner refused to refund ne even a penny. The corridor and stairs are very dark but you have to go to the toilet/ shower that is on the top floor only. It is difficult to find a safe plug/ power to charge your phone. Lots of things, including the lamp in the room needs to get repaired.

Local Riad in the center of Marrakech

The parents of the owner are lovely open and genarous people such as Joaudas who was soooo nice helpful. He guided me in souls and showed me the city from local perspective. Even though in Ramadan time such activity were for sure more incriminating for him. Was also source for every information I needed about culture and the city. You say that the home is maded by people creating it. This riad is a expamlpe for that. Because of wonderful, openhearted and warm people there.

Riad Kainos is beautiful, the owners are great people who made me feel right at home. The breakfast was fantastic, I'm a big eater but was well set for nearly the whole day after breakfast. The first morning I woke up and went downstairs, the lady of the house told me to go back to bed while she got my breakfast and coffee ready - top hospitality. The man of the house is also a real gentleman, I can't stress enough how friendly and welcoming these people were. Located in the Jewish Quarter, the Riad really isn't far from anything. The Bahia Palace and Jemaa El Fna are both within walking distance. Particularly nice location for those like myself who enjoy walking around the city. Vielen lieben dank an Riad Kainos!
