Perfect location Spacious thatched accommodation Efficient and friendly staff

One very, very slight negative: One of the waiters in the adjoining restaurant NEVER had a smile, was brusque, indifferent and not attentive at any time. This was particularly exacerbated by the fact that all the other restaurant staff ALWAYS had a welcoming smile and took the trouble to interact with us.

L’emplacement proche du port, proche de tous les restaurants la chambre est assez loin de l’accueil dans un coin plutôt calme, mais elle était communicante une autre. Ce qui est dommage.

L’odeur qui peut émaner parfois de la clim et la chambre était très peu éclairée ça reste sombre De jumeaux à la place d’un lit double King size

"Goeie locatie in Gili Air"

De locatie is perfect, midden in het drukkere deel van Gili Air en direct aan het strand. Ook fijn dat je hier gelijk een duikje kan meepakken!

De kamer was ok voor een paar nachtjes maar niets speciaals. Het beddengoed had vlekken en ook de rest oogde een beetje verweerd en oud. De waterdruk in mn douche was erg slecht bij aankomst, en werd pas iets beter na meerdere malen aangeven bij de balie. Ze hielpen hier wel gelijk mee.

Location was perfect, the team also welcoming us very nicely. The check in process was really quick, giving us time to immediately rest and enjoy the area. All our requests / needs such as mosquitoes net were accommodated accordingly.

posizione, staff, colazione, servizi, tutto!

piscina non utilizzabile (non pulita). Migliorerei i servizi per la spiaggia, in quanto non ci sono ombrelloni a disposizione di cui usufruire ma solo delle "sdraio"
