They cancelled my reservation and then told me they were full. It was 7 degrees outside this night and we were stuck because every hotel was full. That's why I made a reservation days before so we would have a place to stay with power and water and warm. Their response when I questioned it all was to call booking. Com. So I stood in the 7 degree weather and contacted booking. Com. They told me someone would contact me within 24 hours. Smh . Let me just stand right here in this frigid temp and wait.

They were rude they sent someone to our room threatening to kick us out due to our kids excitedly jumping and running around cause santa claus was coming it was only 6pm there were also ppl outside drinking and smoking all night and there was a baggie of drugs in the ac unit they tried to keep our deposit even tho they said they'd give it bk wen we checked out and they mumbled to control our kids next time

Well, we got moved around to the backside of the building, because the only smoking room that they had available king size was back there and, it looked like the people that were back there were people that lived there on a weekly basis, it's just a complete 180 from what you see on one side of the building to the other. And also, they didn't have breakfast like they said, it wasn't that type of place.
USUSUSUSThe room stinks the room is out dated and roaches crawling on the wall. Hotel was full of rift raft people living there like an apartment complex overall didn't feel like my stuff was safe or my person was safe do not go here
