Very friendly and helpful receptionist...i think it was Amanda ? We used the hotel for a couple of hours although paid for the night in between wedding events. Gentleman on phone earlier in day reasdured us there is disabled parking near entrance fir my elderly mum to use Same day booking, made easy by professional helpful staff....who allocated a ground floor room for us which helped a lot

Lack if air conditioning....plus there is no lift to first floor

Good location for what we needed

It didn’t feel very clean, the fan provided in the room was covered in thick dust, I had to clean it in the bath using our bath towels as we needed to use it as the room was very warm. Please clean the fans, it’s a nice touch having them in the room but not if they are ridiculously dirty, that’s how people get poorly.

The bedding and towels were lovely and the room came with a TV and kettle and WiFi.

The room and entire corridor had a smell of cigarette smoke and lacked many mod cons I felt hotels should now have - USB plugs and air con. The room felt tired and in need of a refresh.
