Riad Bibazia

J’ai trouvé Hicham gentille j’ai apprécié sa personnalité un peu réservé les propriétaires du Riad était vraiment sympa , l’emplacement est bien surtout qu’on n’avais des valises soutes le Riad est pas très loin de la route donc plus pratique pour qu’un véhicule vienne nous chercher et à proximité du souk. La chambre était grande et propre la piscine c’est vraiment un plus avec la chaleur de Marrakech.

Le massage n’était pas incroyable. manque d’indication sur les produits d’hygiène dans la salle de bain entre savon et shampooing

Riad accogliente, a pochi minuti dalla piazza principale, ma in una zona super tranquilla. Il personale, in particolare Adnane e Hicham, è composto da persone eccezionali, gentili e premurose. Camera pulitissima e colazione abbondante

Stijlvol ingerichte riad met ruime kamers, mooi zwembad en leuke rooftop. Vriendelijke en hulpvaardige hosts.

De handdoeken drogen niet goed. Weinig variatie in ontbijt.

Struttura in posizione ottima, buona la colazione e staff gentile. Nel complesso tutto pulito.

Asciugamani maleodoranti, non asciugavano niente e con un brutto odore

The location is very good to visit the nicer parts of the medina and is in a very safe street / alley full of renovated Riads for tourists and with private security. The bedroom and bathroom are recently renovated with updated modern hotel standard facilities - that is good. (A chair and dressing table mirror would be useful additions)

The service at check-in and out, at breakfast and the spa is very impersonal, a little brusque, and you feel like are just a number (which was not our experience in other Riads in the city) When you check in, instead of seating you in the lounge with mint tea to complete your forms, you are asked to stand with your luggage at the desk - this does not make you feel welcome or appreciated. The breakfast is very basic and served only at one set time - and we left most of it: the coffee, breads and orange juice are either not tasty or not fresh made. The crockery is plain white hotel style which is not what you expect in a Moroccan Riad. There are no eggs and no fruit included (we had these included in 2 other Riads we stayed at that were a lot cheaper in the same week) - the guy brought us 2 bananas because I think he heard us comment

Rue calme et surveillée par des vigiles et proche du centre. La piscine était assez grande pour quelques longueurs. Les chambres étaient grandes et l’eau était fournie

Tout ! L’acceuil par Hicham et Adnan était exceptionnel, l’emplacement a 5 minutes du souk et a 15 minutes de la place jemaa el fna ! La gentillesse du personnelle et la beauté du Riad !

Wszystko było bardzo dobrze zorganizowane. Pokoje były czyste, śniadania dobre ,chociaż nie duże, lokalizacja riadu również dobra. Hicham i Adnane bardzo mili i pomocni.
