Accoglienza Strepitosa, lo staff è gentilissimo e tutti hanno un attenzione premurosa rivolta al Cliente; un gusto molto bello negli arredi interni del riad; colazione buonissima fatta sempre con ingredienti freschissimi e cucina leggera. Camera silenziosissima, pulita, precisa e bella. Tutto perfetto: da consigliare assolutamente.

Absolute perfection! ❤️ Riad Al Massarah is gorgeous, perfectly located, and has the BEST team! They provide world class service with love and sincerity. You will enjoy delicious custom coffees from the best Barista in Marrkech, Abdarrahman (known as Junior) ☕️. Khalid checked us in late in the evening. When we arrived and was so gracious and professional. He will also host you beautifully and as a topographical student also perfectly outlined the map for us that was very helpful. You will enjoy delicious meals from Chef and be sure to book a peivate dinner there at the Riad. The wonderful gentleman working overnight always graciously greeted us and would provide mint tea upon request, even when we would arrive very late in the evening from our tours. Regardless of the time, you always feel so welcomed by him. The ladies attending to the riad were also so lovely and kind. They keep the riad perfect and sparkling clean. The lovely manager that always responded to my chats anytime of day/evening with such graciousness and provided great recommendations. I will update this review to properly include all their names and my apologies. You must book here and be sure to schedule your private hammam with massage! It was the best and I need to post her name as well so you can ask for her. She was amazing, also very kind and professional. We left the gorgeous Riad Al Massarah with an appreciation of Morocco new friends that are part of the team there 🥰 We look forward to our next visit soon ❤️

Location, welcome, rooms, ambience.

Too cold, needed more heat in rooms and generally. Breakfast outside on roof a nice idea in the summer but not winter!

Top level experience at riad al Massarah. It is a beautiful riad, that is well located within the Medina. The staff is incredibly attentive / helpful, are knowledgeable and able to assist in making practical arrangements. The hammam and massage is fantastic as well. The rooms are very charming and even have fireplaces. Both the courtyard and roof top terrace are wonderful forming and relaxing . I would hands down recommend riad al Massarah to anyone staying in Marrakech.

Frukosten var fantastisk! Särskilt de mornar vädret tillät att vi satt på taket - i solen. Personalen var precis så trevlig och hjälpsam som alla vittnar om.

Beautiful, restful Riad in a fantastic location. The Manager and her staff were incredible. They made us feel so welcome. Delicious, generous breakfast and beautiful rooftop. We loved our stay.

The staff was very kind and the experience was amazing. Having a tasty breakfast on the rooftop is much recommended. Very authentic.
