房東人非常友善，入住二樓時還會主動幫忙搬行李，並且詳細介紹住宿環境。整體維護得非常乾淨整潔，讓人住得很安心。床位空間寬敞，旁邊還有將近一半的空間可放置私人物品，方便又實用。

不太方便的地方是，只能在下午四點之後才能入住，之前完全不能進去，門是鎖著的，所以只能在外面等、曬太陽。雖然地點在車站附近，但位於車站後方，出入口不太方便，大眾運輸與超市都在車站前方。若要吃晚餐或搭車，需要繞一大圈或走地下道（而且地下道環境比較髒）。

悪天候予報で宿泊せず。

バイクの駐車やキャンセルが伝わっていなかった。 男性スタッフ様は良かったが、女性スタッフ様は少し話途中で切られてしまった。残念でした。
