I asked for king size bed not two beds

Faucet wasn't wiped clean

Not much other than location.

The room was very run down. Crappy touch-up paint job and looks trashy. the door wouldn't close well. Counter was not clean. Old rusty metal tissue holder. The hair dryer had bloody stains on it. Smelled like cigarettes in the whole room, and so did the pillows on bed.

Room was very clean and cozy!

No smoking

Friendly helpful staff

Only had second floor available, stairs are difficult for old knees lol

Close to the venue I came to for business, very clean and well-appointed. Cost was so reasonable and staff asked if i needed anything a few times. Very happy to recommend this hotel!

I can’t think of anything. Owner/manager was very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like the fact that after I’ve reserved the room for the night on booking.com I had went to the hotel office to get the room key to the room I just reserved only be told there were no vacancy rooms even after I showed my booking confirmation number & Pin I was still told repeatedly no rooms & that the app was wrong. And then of course the next day I was charged for a cancellation fee. I have all proof and information needed. Could I get my refund now? Plz
