Beautiful and magical. The location is fabulous the care from staff is beyond amazing. An absolute highlight

The location is excellent with lots of outdoor seating for lounging and watching the boats go past. And what is not to love about having your own hot tub after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen is great for early breakfasts when you want to get on your way.

The bathroom window needs to be completely frosted.

Well, I searched for 5 seperate rooms.. so 5 seperate beds. And booking proposed this option. Ok for family and friends, but for colleagues spleeping in the same bed.. not so pleasent. We had to anticipate with the couch, so then for that person price/quality not so great you know

Everything exceeded our expectations. My daughter loved it so much she would move in full time of she could. The accommodations, location, and amenities were all fantastic. The staff was by far the best part of the visit. Would definitely recommend!

If we could have figured out how to turn off the outside light.

The location was great and the idea was great.

The coffie machine was not working ( the water holder was dirty with algae). The dishes was still in the dishwasher and not in the kitchen cupboards. If i pay for accommodation i dont want to come and pack dishes away i dont mind cleaning after myself. But a cleaning fee is charged and it seems like they leave the dishwasher with all the cutlery inside as an normal. There was alot of tech stuff like blue tooth speaker and other sound equipment but it did not work of battery was flat with no charger. The linen was clean but the pillows is at the end of its life very flat and no support. Please add a small broom because i could not sweep the floor. There was so many different emails and meesages with instructions i did not know what to do and which message to follow. Some did not even make sence.
