Abbiamo avuto la camera al piano terra, molto rumorosa perché si sentiva tutto, sia chi sostava a parlare nel patio interno, sia i lavori di trapano e muratura che hanno pensato bene di effettuare in una stanza limitrofa alle 15 della domenica pomeriggio.... Impianto idraulico non funzionante:ci siamo docciati con acqua fredda per 2 giorni consecutivi,nonostante i loro tentativi di riparare il tutto senza risultati! Colazione scarsa e servita con tempi biblici. Massaggi effettuati da personale incompetente e privo di qualsiasi delicatezza e professionalità. Tutto molto approssimativo. Non tornerei sicuramente!

We loved our stay here! The room was spacious and beautiful. We also liked the location and the hammam spa experience. The whole riad was stunning and very clean. We also paid for a transfer to the airport which was very helpful.

Instalações mesmo muito boas e estava muito bem localizado - perto de tudo O pequeno almoço era muito bom também Todos os funcionários do Riad foram excecionais, especialmente o Mohammed mais novo Foi incansável, fez-nos o check in, mostrou o mapa com indicações de onde deveríamos ir. Acompanhou-nos de madrugada até os pontos de encontro das atividades Pedimos também o serviço de transfer através do Riad e o condutor era muito prestável também, sempre muito simpático e bem disposto. Foi uma bom primeiro impacto a chegar a Marrocos. (Não me recordo do nome dele) Voltaria a este Riad ao voltar a Marraquexe

Nada a apontar

El Riad es precioso, está muy limpio y muy bien decorado. La entrada tiene acceso directo a una calle principal, bonita y tranquila, muy cerca de la plaza Jemma El Fna. El personal es muy atento y amable, nos recibieron con té y pastas locales y nos dieron recomendaciones de la zona y de que visitar en Marrakech. La habitación es muy bonita y cómoda. Tienen servicio de recepción por la noche, esperan a que todos lleguen al Riad. El rooftop es precioso y el desayuno es muy rico. Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa y sin duda repetiríamos.

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très bon et il ne faut pas leur faire confiance pour qu’ils viennent venir vous chercher à l’aéroport j’ai n’ai jamais en de réponse

I stayed in one of the suites and later my best mate joined me, using the single bed in the room, which worked really well for us. The room and riad itself were beautiful with an understated elegance and a really calm atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept very well. The hammam and massage were lovely and added to the experience. The standout feature, however, was the staff. Mohammed O and Mohammed S in particular made our stay memorable and we were very grateful to them and the whole team for their warmth, kindness and hospitality.

ery little to dislike. Extending the WiFi coverage into the bedrooms would have been helpful at times, although I have to admit it may actually have been a blessing as I ended up sleeping much better. It would also have been nice to have the option to order alcohol, although I completely appreciate licensing restrictions and respect the approach of the riad.

Struttura nuova e pulita

Le stanze a piano terra dietro il Bancone del check in era presente un odore sgradevole, nella colazione si può aggiungere qualcosa.
