Non ci hanno mai fatto fare colazione sulla terrazza . Un giorno c era molto sole e comunque hanno servito giù perché per loro era più comodo .

A very calm, peaceful riad in an extremely well-located spot right in the heart of the medina,just a few minutes walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa. Very friendly helpful staff and Good breakfast.

Nuestra estancia en este riad ha sido simplemente increíble. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa: el trato del personal fue impecable, siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que necesitamos. El riad es bonito y muy tranquilo, combinando tradición marroquí con comodidad moderna. La habitación súper limpia, amplia y con una cama comodísima. Los desayunos, servidos en la terraza o en el patio interior, fueron una auténtica maravilla: abundantes, caseros y con productos frescos cada día. La ubicación también es perfecta para conocer Marrakech, muy cerca de los principales puntos de interés pero sin el ruido del centro. Queremos hacer un agradecimiento especial a Mohamed y todo su equipo, por su atención, su cercanía y por hacer que todo fuera tan fácil durante nuestra estancia. De verdad, un servicio de 10. En resumen: un lugar totalmente recomendable, al que sin duda volveremos. Ha sido una experiencia perfecta.

la struttura era pulita e accogliente, lo staff super gentile e la posizione era centrale a due minuti dalla piazza principale.

Le ryiad était très beau, avec du charme, propre et l’accueil parfait. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. À l’entrée du souk, ce qui permet d’avoir un accès rapide à la route et au taxi mais de tout faire à pied également.

La chambre et salle de bain est assez petite. Mais c’est la chambre la moins chère donc cela paraît normal.

Our stay at the Riad Bel Haj totally exceeded our expectations. Firstly the location: The Riad Bel Haj is in the Medina only about 50 metres from one of the entrances through the wall. So you only had a short walk from the taxi, they sent staff to porter our luggage for us. Being inside the wall meant not having to travel to the Medina, you are already there. Many attractions are on your doorstep, obviously you have to travel to the Atlas mountains or camel rides, but the souks, secret garden, various mosques, and many other places to visit are walking distance. The Riad is beautifully tiled, it runs over three floors, the top being a roof terrace with views over the city. The two courtyards have a plunge pool running between them. This was very welcome for cooling down on return from a trek round the sights. It was notable how cool the Riad stayed even though the outside temps we in the 40's. The rooms had air-conditioning that worked well and kept the rooms very cool day and night. Eating at the Riad was a blessing. Breakfast was excellent and varied, but include pancake type sweets, breads eggs, fresh fruit and juices. Mohamed is a fantastic cook. He prepared evening meals (3 courses) for us on two evenings. They were the cheapest and the best evening meals we had during our stay. The others were not bad, but Mohamed's food was outstanding, and it was really nice to eat on the roof terrace in the evening sun. The Riad was impeccably clean. It was also surprisingly quiet considering where it is. The staff could not have been more helpful. We found just hanging out in the Riad to be very relaxing and very comfortable.

We had no complaints or concerns.

Le déjeuner était superbe, très bon emplacement. Le riad est situé à moins de 20 minutes en taxi des lieux touristiques, et la place est à 5 minutes à pied ! Mohammed a été bienveillant, accueillant et très à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
