NLWe werden hartelijk ontvangen door de man bij het toegangshek en doorverwezen naar de receptie, een paar kilometer verder. Op het terrein lopen Zebra’s, Struisvogels en Oryx antilope. Bij de receptie kregen wij de sleutel mee van het hangslot voor de tent. De tent was ruim en van goede kwaliteit. De badkamer kon worden afgesloten d.m.v. een sleutel. Er was ook een kluis aanwezig. Al het keukengerei was aanwezig en schoon. De locatie was zeer mooi. Het buffet was lekker en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Het zwembad was érg verfrissend. Om naar Sossusvlei te gaan moet je héél vroeg vertrekken want de weg ernaartoe is erg hobbelig.
De weg vanaf het toegangshek tot aan de receptie was erg hobbelig.

Noi abbiamo alloggiato al campeggio. Le tende non avevano la possibilità di essere riscaldate bensì era presente un condizionatore. Tenuto conto che ad agosto le temperature durante la notte si avvicinano allo zero ci è parso strano che la struttura avesse previsto esclusivamente un impianto di condizionamento. Alla richiesta di fornirci delle borse di acqua calda si sono quasi messi a ridere. Unica cosa che è stato possibile reperire, con un attesa in reception di almeno mezz’ora, sono state delle coperte in più. La tenda inoltre non forniva un phone per i capelli’
