Staff that came to replace broken headboard were very helpful.

Hot water tank far away - took over 10 minutes to reach room. Lighting in the room was terrible. Hard to see even during the day. Wall mounted headboard fell off onto bed. TV did not work at all. Grab bar in shower was in wrong place. No way to make coffee/tea. No
