Villa Pulau Cinta Boutique Suites

Wir haben diese Unterkunft spontan gebucht, nachdem wir gestrandet waren, da die Fähre zwei Tage hintereinander nicht fuhr. In der ersten Nacht war es durch eine Party in der benachbarten Bar leider sehr laut, sodass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Als wir dies am nächsten Tag der Managerin mitteilten, hat sie sich sofort darum gekümmert und das Problem kam nicht mehr vor – das fanden wir super. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den freundlichen Service, die tollen Menschen und auch die Katzen, die das Ganze noch gemütlicher machten. Manchmal gab es sogar selbstgemachte Cookies oder Zimtschnecken – eine sehr schöne Aufmerksamkeit. Das Frühstück war jedes Mal sehr lecker, und auch der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Einziger kleiner Nachteil war, dass es im Badezimmer manchmal etwas nach Abwasser gerochen hat. Insgesamt war jedoch alles sehr gut, und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

La gentillesse du personnel et leur professionnalisme. Toujours aux petits soins. La proximité de la plage qui est devant l’hôtel pour faire du snorkeling. Le lit très confortable et la chambre très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et avec beaucoup de choix.

Villa Pulau Cinta was beyond divine - the perfect location on the island (stay on the west!), the most incredibly comfortable beds, the friendliest staff! I cannot recommend them enough. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and easy. The boutique size was perfect compared to some of the other hotels on the island.

The bar close bar was very cool (probably the best vibe on the island?) but quite loud. It didn't bother me, I slept like a baby on a cloud, but might have upset other guests.

Outstanding location, staff, best breakfast, exclusive and comfortable.

Tout… La situation face à la mer, la maison de toute beauté, les chambres magnifiques et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Sans parler de la gentillesse du personnel et du dévouement de la maîtresse de maison. Tout est réuni pour un séjour paradisiaque. On se sent comme à la maison !

L’île ne fonctionne qu’à l’eau salée, ce n’est pas propre à l’hôtel mais pour les peaux fragiles c’est compliqué au bout de quelques jours
