Beach is nicer further north (which is easy to reach by foot and/or bike)!

this villa has good views and the stuffs are very very nice. they can arrange everything like activities and transfers well. we do like gili meno, a quiet island and chill.

The room was great - very big, clean with good facilities. The staff was excellent, so nice and helpful with anything we asked for. The food was very good, not one meal we had that we didn’t like.

Mosquitoes!!!! This is a big issue on Meno because there is a salt water lake on the island. We had the misfortune of arriving on a stormy day which made it worse. We even considered leaving earlier because we couldn’t take any more bites. The Villa sits on top of standing water so the rooms are at the mercy of mosquitoes. For the property price, we expected them to be hands-on: sealed windows & doors with mosquito nets, mosquitoes repellent sound devices all around, etc. Sprays are not very helpful. The beach was dirty, with trash being brought by the sea from Lombok as we understood. The beachfront of the villa is also rocky with corals from the sea; other parts of the island (south) have finer beaches.

The staff at the villa were amazing - they were friendly and very helpful. The food by Edi was worth never leaving the island for!! A beautifully designed property with a safe, stylish but family atmosphere.

Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay on Gilli Meno. An experience that I’ll truly never forget. The villas are gorgeous— big spacious rooms, well designed with a sort of subtle luxury that stays true the spirit of the island and let’s you feel comfortable and relaxed as you enjoy the ocean breeze. Also well equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. While the villa was great, it was really the staff that made the experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived they were so kind, friendly and pleasantly attentive. Always going above and beyond to make us feel like we were at home. Since it was a special occasion for us, they prepared a beachside horse ride followed by a romantic sunset dinner by the beach. Surrounded by candles and lanterns as we enjoyed, what has to be, the best food on Gili meno. The chef was a wonderfully pleasant lady who besides making the best rendang I’ve had in my life, was also great to chat with as she got to know us and are food preferences. All around 10 out of 10. I hope one day I am lucky enough to come back here!
