The Cliffs Resort Humpridge View Motels

A unique place to stay. A little off the beaten path for some but close to a major tramp/walking track so in the right place for many. The room is unique. Very spacious and airy. An enormous bathroom and shower area. Loads of sun and warm. Dinner at night we pre-ordered. This was a fantastic experience as it was like being in Tom (the owners) living room. He chatted to each table. The meal was great. Over dessert we invited over the couple from the adjoining table to join us. This place is well worth a visit. Only very minor suggestion would be an additional socket to charge device.

What a delightfully quirky place with Ton and Larissa as wonderfully quirky and charismatic hosts. The meal that Larissa cooked us in the evening was wonderful and there was much laughter and jollity! The room is tastefully done with a really nice decking area and a huge bathroom (although a tad dark). The views were good.

The local beach is glorious but getting to it is a bit of a challenge over very uneven ground and through multiple gates... some of them perilously close to electric fences! The beach access should be a major selling point of the property, but a proper path needs to be put in and maintained imho.

Location, cleanliness and service.

The team at the Cliffs were lovely and accomodating. They upgraded me to a suite with an amazing bath! I had a lovely relaxing time and an excellent nights sleep before embarking on the Hump Ridge track early the next day.

Great location too have a very comfortable stay before doing the Hump Ridge Track. Even had a shuttle to drop us off to start to start of hike. Would highly recommend

The hosts are amazing. So welcoming and hospitable. A wonderful dinner and breakfast provided. We were upgraded to their lodges which were excellent and we wished we’d booked for our return from the track.

Nothing

The lodge was very close to the farm where our meeting was being held. The location has nice views from both the front entrance and the timber deck adjoining the bedroom/lounge. Our host was very friendly and helpful with communications and information.

Meals were available at the onsite cafe, but we were self-catering at the lodge kitchen/dining room which had a toaster, jug, and microwave. We would have liked to have also had a benchtop 2 hot plate cooking unit available.
