Riad Ksar Al Amal & Spa

Host was really kind and attentive! Overall, The whole staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay in Ksar Al Amal, breakfast was tasty, Riad was like in the fairytales. We felt like goddes, the suite we booked was beautiful with separate living room and large bedroom.

We definitely should’ve stayed longer!

A very beautifully designed riad, with lovely décor, a nice breakfast, and a great location just two minutes from the exit of the medina. It is easy to find and located on a charming local street. The riad is very clean and has a beautiful rooftop.

We booked a deluxe suite, which on Booking is described as having a garden view. I had also sent a private message in advance mentioning that I would prefer not to stay in a patio room. However, we were given a patio room — nicely decorated and clean, but somewhat darker than expected, with limited fresh air and a bit of humidity. The room overlooked a staff passage area and is located close to the main entrance, so there was occasionally some noise, which made resting a bit more difficult at times. Privacy was also slightly limited due to the room’s position. It might be helpful in the future to take guest preferences into account when possible, or to better highlight the specifics of this room’s position. Overall, the atmosphere, staff, and ambiance were pleasant, though somewhat more modest compared to some other places I have stayed in Marrakech.

Wij hadden met 3-en een kamer op de benedenverdieping en daar is geen buitenlucht omdat de kamer op de binnenplaats uitkomt.

Excellent attentive staff, fantastic local advice and really cared about their guests. Lots of options at breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms and lovely rooftop area. Very chilled and quiet whilst being a short walk from everything in the Medina. Secure front door. Friendly owners.

Je waant je in een klein sprookje zodra je de riad binnen stapt. Een oase van rust en reinheid. Aan alles is gedacht! De locatie, de mensen, de aankleding. Alles was werkelijk waar geweldig! We voelde ons onwijs welkom!

Tout était parfait. Accueil exceptionnel, personnel aux petits soins et Riad très beau et confortable.
