Quiet place and parking next to room

They didn’t have towels Bedding was dirty and had human hairs Sink was dirty Showers handle dirty We had to ask for clean towels

Plus, they didn't take a deposit. And if you have a lot of things, it's convenient for those with a car and they aren't bothered by street noise.

There is a noisy road nearby and cars park under the windows. A thin blanket, although there is a heater, but somehow you don’t want to listen to it all night. The shower was not very clean.

Although very reasonably priced and one of the least expensive motels in the area, the Galleria Inn Montclair/Ontario had an 8.1 rating when we booked our room, which was significantly higher than all comparably priced properties. THIS IS NOT A TYPO OR A FLUKE!!!! The Galleria Inn Montclair/Ontario make look a little run down from the road, but the rooms are spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable and quite roomy. The heater in the room works incredibly well, and we were very comfortable. As one of the other recent reviewers said, "THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC. WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN" if our travels bring us back to the area!

Didn't feel safe and felt like we were being watched Someone was pacing up and down the parking lot the whole time we were there The door jam had really bad repairs from previously being kicked in. The manager argued about not having a room after canceling mine and then offered me my room again. Paid for nothing

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The room was very clean and looked modern. I definitely recommend this hotel. Very convenient location and accessible.
