getting into the parking lot, the parking lot is tight to maneuver around.

Close to where we were attending a 60th birthday celebration.

We chose this place because it was close to a party we were attending. To start with there was no ice machine. There was NO hot water to shower with. The bathroom was filthy. The tub was not even clean. There was soap scum all over the tub and on the walls. The tub was blue so you could easily see white stuff dripping down the sides. We think it was old soap that wasn't cleaned. The soap dish had old soap stuck to it. There were only 3 small towels and one was wet and dirty. We figured it was used and not replaced. For what we paid, it was disgusting. I was so angry. I'm sorry, I have NOTHING nice to say. We actually left at 6:30 am because it was so horrible. We used the room to change in. The lady who checked us in was not friendly at all and we had to go looking for her to even do that. HORRIBLE all aspects of it. If i could've given it a lower score I would have. Thank you, Theresa

location was fine. The actual property was in very good condition.. Parking lot was in good shape, property entrance well lighted.

no coffee maker, no bedside table lamp, no blankets, inadequate door lock, poor quality hand towels, no bath towel, small screen on TV and no working volume control, no shelf at bathroom sink for shaving and tooth brush, no shampoo

The convenient location for my purposes

Broken blinds, couldn’t swing a cat in the shower, feet missing on the fridge, furniture old and dingy

Nice view of the river, Site well maintained overall, plenty of parking. Overall very nice; we had a pleasant stay, would return.

Some amenities were missing in the room, I had to buy my own table lamp, toilet paper holder had no rod, no extra toilet paper initially.. Bathtub needs to have at least one safety grab bar installed. The bath towels were rags. There was only hot (no cold water working in the sink. Price should have gone down after Labor Day.
