Caravan Porthcawl

The owner of the caravan was very response and genuinely helpful. 2 minutes walk to all the facilities at the Parkdean resort. It's a cosy caravan.

Beautifully presented caravan, communication with host was excellent, so friendly and welcoming.

Caravan was comfy with fab facilities , Bev was amazing & very accomodating . Perfect spot on Trecco Bay as very quiet . Clean & tidy caravan with added personal touches and extras .

The caravan was very clean and had everything you wanted with a good selection of board games, dvd’s, books etc for a rainy day and the shower facility was great.

Well presented caravan in a fab location for the beach and exploring south wales, with everything you need for a holiday home.

Fully aware this property accepts dogs and I took my two puppies, but was disappointed to find multiple dogs hairs embedded in the sofa, rug and around the property. Furthermore, was notified about a £10 linen charge on the day of departure which should either be made when booking or prior to day of departure to allow guests to take their own if they wish to do so. Fully accept costs of everything have increased but extra charges should be specified either on property info or in booking confirmation. Upon raising this with owner I was then accused of multiple things one of which leaving the door unlocked (be aware the door didn’t always lock for us so triple check) using toilet roll and condiments left out which are clearly for use, yet now implied chargeable or not for use.
