The location, the main marquee with reception etc. The tents. Also any problems (eg a power cut and cold showers) were fixed very quickly.

What a find! Friends at Hay go Glamping and what a treat it was. Lovely attention to detail in the bell tents. Wonderful shower and toilet facilities. Staff were really hospitable. Beautiful floral displays and decoration around the site.

The complementary drinks, the breakfast, the communal tent. Also small touches: wheelbarrows to take your stuff to your tent. Very characterful parasols/large umbrellas for you to sit under in devkchairs in the shade. The welcome was warm and genuine. Good guidance on what to see and do in Hay including the shady Riverside Walk (we were at the festival during a heatwave)... Also the fact it was close to the Hay Festival site.

Can't think of anything. They did the glamping well. What I didnt appreciate would be more to do with the camping. Even when shower water went off they explained it and fixed it quickly. Couldnt fault the service
