The rooms are nice

The common kitchenettes are very nice however there was an issue I had with the other guests. A group that stayed in the area used the common rooms for consuming substances. While I had no interest in what other people do however this is a common area so I think everyone should keep the courtesy to share it with others. My partner is pregnant as well so it did feel worrying that a group took the room for those activities.

- Amenities (inside the tent, the communal areas and bathroom) - Close to nature/nice grounds & plants - The sound of frogs at night

- Not knowing who to talk to or where to go to ask for help (from the correct staff members) - A bit impersonal - Some of the signs (directions) got covered up/hidden

Comfortable tent in amazing surroundings. A lot of nice amenities. Plenty of heating in the tent. Very enjoyable stay.

The gate. It needs better instructions on its use. Initially tried for 20 minutes to get in. Attempted to call the staff but there was no answer. Went back to the garden shop and he then also tried to call the owners but again no answer. We ended up going for a drive while the guy waited for a call back. The main issue was that the code supplied by booking.com was outdated and we needed a new code. Even with the new code, the gate wasn't easy to operate. Having said all of that, it really was only a minor distraction from an otherwise wonderful stay.

The bathroom facilities were great but, pity they were 100mts away, not ideal in the middle of the night. Doesn't mention that on any advertising!

The tent smelt very mouldy and weren't clear instructions on how to get to your tent, needs better signage

The tent was beautifully set up, we were worried it'll be cold but there was a heater! It was very cosy on a rainy day/night when we stayed. The bathroom was surprisingly nice also! It's great that every tent had its own bathroom, so you don't have to share it with others. First time glamping experience, exceeded my expectations, definitely would come back!

The environment was good and adventurous

The value of money charged wasn’t worth it and the facilities not provided as much.
