Riad Dar Zampa

L'accueil bienveillant d'Isabelle disponible dès notre arrivée. La gentillesse et l'attention de Saïd et Jaïd qui répondent à toutes nos questions et demandes d'aide et son souriants et agréables tous les jours !Le plaisir de pouvoir manger sur la terrasse du toit confortable ou le patio et d'apprécier la cuisine savoureuse proposée ! Sans oublier la beauté du lieu et de la décoration ainsi que la propreté. Merci aussi à Omar pour sa sollicitude et la verveine offerte un jour où la forme n'était pas au top ! En résumé calme, gentillesse et douceur bien agréables après l'effervescence des souks !

Tot! El riad és molt bonic, està molt net i es nota que hi ha carinyo i tot està cuidat al detall. Tant la propietària com els empleats es preocupen pel teu benestar. El riad està situat al nord de la medina, una mica allunyat del centre, el qual d'entrada pot semblar un inconvenient, però en el fons pot ser una avantatge.

No windows to the outside in our rooms.

The Riad is traditional. The staff are pleasant. It seems like a safe area but it's VERY run down.

The position is not good. It's a long walk to the main square and the streets and alleys are difficult to navigate even with Google maps. We planned 3 excursions which meant leaving the Riad by 8:15/8:20. Breakfast is served at 8:30 . We managed to get a coffee and a yoghurt but it hardly constituted a breakfast. There was loud drumming on 3 of the nights, apparently there was a wedding taking place at a neighbours residence.

Uwaga dotyczy jedynie lokalizacji - Riad położony jest na końcu Medyny . Zostaliśmy podwiezieni taksówką ( i odebrani przez personel z Riad) od strony warsztatów metalurgicznych . Dla osoby która rozpoczyna przygodę z Maroko taki początek może być przerażający - to dzielnica przemysłowa - hałas i smród - trzeba przez nią przejść żeby dotrzeć do Riadu - który sam w sobie jest cichutki .

The staff's hospitality was outstanding, and the place itself was beautiful without being overly opulent. The breakfast was excellent and we also had good experiences with the drivers for airport pickups and drop-offs. It's close enough to the center to make it convenient for walking, but in a much more peaceful part of the old town. The in-room AC worked great to keep our room warm during the cold (December).

The beds were a little more firm than I'm comfortable with but I still slept OK. The room was a bit small/cramped for 3 adults but still manageable.
