Riad Luciano Hotel and Spa

The riad was fantastic from start to finish. Impeccable service from all staff, who were so kind and happy to help. The food and drinks were also fantastic. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and full of amenities. Spa treatments were fab and great value for money. The location was amazing, walking distance to everything. Overall 10/10 - fantastic, fantastic!! Could not recommend it enough, I would be surprised if there was anywhere in Marrakech that could beat Riad Luciano !

Relaxing Riad in the heart of Medina. Breakfast is served by the pool and during the day you can enjoy the rooftop with different options of furniture to chill. The Riad is located in a pedestrian area so to reach taxi/ driver you have to walk 5 mins till the meeting point but it was very easy to reach, plus the Riad team show us the way. Mohamed and all the team were extremely helpful and made our stay relaxing & unforgettable

SPA services might be reviewed and upgraded. We had the hammam experience which was great at the end of the day but I had too book it in advance. We also had the pedicure service which we did not enjoyed as the SPA, plus the area was facing the pool so not the best privacy also for other customers that were having tea moment.

We had a great experience at the Riad. They have all the attention and care for customers. Their breakfast is the best way to start the day, great selection of food and local produce, plus option of fresh cooked omelette. The rooms and bathroom was perfect.

Only minor issue is the pillow, a better selection of pillow would have been appreciated. Was the only uncomfortable part of the sleep. Would have been nice if other than massage they would have had sauna or similar.

La decoración estaba exquisitamente elegida. La calma y la paz, el silencio al entrar en aquel lugar viniendo de la misma Medina. El desayuno fue espectacular. Todo reciente y hecho en casa. El personal súper atento.

Estuvimos sin wifi un día al menos.

Struttura molto bella e curata, la camera spaziosa, letto comodo e non cosa da poco il bagno è dotato di bidet. Colazione abbondante e servita espressa .

Colpa in parte del periodo, ma la sala della colazione era un po fredda.

Staff accogliente e super disponibile. Camera ampia e spaziosa, letto comodo, nessun rumore. Pulizia impeccabile. Posizione ottima.

The staff is so kind and helpfull. They’ve solved every problem that we had about the dining, reservations. The Riad is like magic. You feel yourself in a fairytale.

When we first walk to the riad we get afraid to be lost. The road looked confusing. But when we walked alone we get that it is easy to find and safe.
