Beau, agréable, hyper gentils

Yannick and Reda are excellent hosts and lovely people. They were very helpful. We felt like home after first moment there. The food was very tasty and authentic. Riad is beautiful, clean and peaceful! It is a hidden gem! We can't wait to come back!

L'accueil exceptionnel de notre hôte Yannick qui nous a reçu dans son riad comme à la maison. Nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement à l'aise et en confiance, dans une ambiance très familiale. Je conseille de prendre le transfert aéroport riad avec Yannick, pour éviter de se perdre dans la médina lorsque l'on vient pour la première fois. Le riad est magnifique, authentique et chargé d'histoire. La chambre très confortable et la piscine sur le toit juste exceptionnelle. Les petits déjeuners marocains, différents chaque jour et très copieux, sont un régal. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence et la gentillesse de Reda, toujours disponible pour nous faciliter la vie, mais également de Radijah, aux petits soins pour les hôtes de ce riad à taille humaine. Je recommande ce riad à tous points de vue et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Certes le bâtiment auraient besoin de petites rénovations mais c’est secondaire à coté de la sympathie du personnel et du calme qu’on a pu y trouver

Le charme du Riad dans la médina avec ce côté authentique. Yannick l’hôte d’une gentillesse inégalable. Reda et Khadija qui sont au petit soin et également d’une gentillesse inégalable. Un petit déjeuner bon et varié… Assez rapidement, on se sent comme à la maison.

Wonderful welcoming host Yannick, who made us feel at home. His manager Reda, who went above and beyond providing the best service we have had in a hotel, including serving us cold wine, beer and ice to relax with on the terrace area outside our room. The Riad has a honour system where you mark in a book how much wine or beer you take from the fridge on the rooftop and the you pay for with your final bill on check out. The Riad itself it lovely, and the pool on the terrace was cool and inviting after a day in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech.

Nos gusto todo. Un alojamiento de 10. Bien ubicado, a un paso del zoco y en pleno centro. Habitación muy cómoda y amplia. Las instalaciones del Riad están muy cuidadas, tiene una pequeña piscina pero suficiente para un buen baño y quitarte el calor. Desayuno fantástico. Pero sobre todo el servicio y la atención de Reda es de autentico 10. Cuando viajas a un país como este contar con una persona que te resuelve todo y te facilita tanto la vida es increíble. De todo corazón muchas gracias por tu atención con nosotros.

Es cierto que la llegada al riad es a través de unas callejuelas un tanto sinuosas, pero tiene su encanto.

Ubicación perfecta en la Medina, atención fabulosa y ayuda del personal con todo.

Our stay at Riad Jenaï was truly fantastic with our host Reda. He picked us up and helped carry our luggage through the streets and always made sure we had everything we needed. The daily breakfast was delicious with a large variety of food and drinks, and the also daily room cleaning was great. Reda gave us local recommendations and educated us on caution as well. The rooms were very spacious and had working air conditioning thankfully, and the riad was perfectly located right inside the old town, making everything within walking distance. The entire Riad is peaceful and clean, would highly recommend for people traveling to Marrakesh!
