Welcoming staff who were extremely helpful advising how to explore Marrakech. Lovely breakfast (mint tea, pancakes, bread and fruit) and well-appointed, spacious rooms. The open area within the riad is beautifully designed with lighting and water features. Overall, a fantastic stay close to the centre of Marrakech.

"Peaceful stay in a beautiful riad."

Well placed in a quiet location yet still steps away from the life of the Medina. Room was big, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The are extras that can be booked to make the stay more comfortable, such as laundry service and massages. Rooftop pool is amazing on hot days.

"Beautiful Riad, excellent hosts"

We had a 10/10 time at Riad Jenai. We’d never stayed in one before and it exceeded our expectations. The first thing we noticed was how beautiful it is. The water feature in the middle, rooftop pool overlooking the city and the lovely rooms are a few highlights. Reda and Yannick were the perfect hosts. They are friendly and open and made us feel welcome. Their knowledge of the city made planning our days much easier and every recommendation was a good one. If we return to Marrakech we’ll be staying here again without a doubt. Thanks again, Dan and Hope

It is a little difficult to find but this was no issue as Reda met us right from the taxi, and set us up with an app so we could always find our way back!

"Perfection"

We loved the whole ambience of the riad and the brilliant staff. Yannick, the owner, was so welcoming and charming. Reda was very friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The riad itself was a beautiful calm oasis in a bustling city. Spotlessly clean and fabulously decorated. We had dinner on our first evening and it was wonderful, especially in those surroundings. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and give our grateful thanks to Yannick, Reda and all the staff.

Absolutely nothing.
