Locatie . Hygiëne zwembad

Wc beneden lekte water moesten vanaf eerste dag dweilen , kamer boven op het dak terras had geen sleutel kon niet op slot , kamer boven heb je geen bereik terwijl er een router aanwezig was waar wij geen code van mochten dat is wel heel erg jammer.

L accueil de notre hôte qui as été formidable! Dispo et réactive

Le bruit quasi permanent de la rue très passante , voitures, klaxon, etc , la terrasse trop exposée au bruit ainsi que la chambre donnant sur la terrasse dans laquelle nous n avons pas pu dormir . Les odeurs de chats sur les canapés , les coussins, odeurs désagréable dans la salle de douche .des portes difficiles à ouvrir, le manque de lumière ( ampoules faibles) ,

The property was very clean. It had all the amenities. Everything was in good working order.

We went in January so it gets cold at night but that is typical with any Riad you stay at. Each of our rooms had a wall mounted AC/heater so we were kept cosy!

"Lovely but kind of Uncomfortable"

The Riad is one of the most historical and nicely original ever stayed. All the details by Zellige stone. The tree inside riad is very old and cute. It is 4 floors and top 2 floor is for chilling by the comfy day beds. Lovely decoration, you feel that you live Marrakech. Staff is super helpful, Karine explained everything in detail in advance of our trip.

The beds (no bedsheets), Kitchen, sinks and toilets, the Riad was Dirty and outdated. I wouldn't stay.

Centrally located but very quiet. Top privacy. Karine has been an amazing host, who went out of her way to make sure that we were happy and comfortable. We tried the breakfast and the dinner and food was very delicious. Karine also organised a private walking tour with a great guide, who shared some very interesting facts about the city.
